2. How to Request Your Print Files

Getting your customized marketing materials is simple! Use our streamlined system to notify our Corporate Creative Team exactly what you need.

  • Explore the categories above and click on the specific items you wish to use.

• Step 2: Request Print File(s)

  • Once you've selected an item, click "Request Print File." This is not a purchase—it's a request list for our head office creative team.

• Step 3: Submit Your Request

  • Review your cart and click "Get Your File(s)." You will be asked to verify your location details one last time.

​

• Step 4: File Preparation

  • Our Corporate Creative team will be notified instantly and will prepare the high-resolution, print-ready files, fully customized for your location.

  • ​

• Step 5: File Delivery

  • You will receive the final print-ready files via email (or a secure file-sharing link), typically within 1-4 business days.

3. Where to Print Your Materials

Once you receive your customized files, you have two flexible options for printing:

Option A: Preferred National Partner - Logic Group

We recommend working with our trusted national printing partner, Logic Group. Once you have received your print ready file(s), Share the file(s) with Logic Group and coordinate quantities and payment. 

Benefit: Logic Group is familiar with Chopped Leaf brand standards, file specifications, and material requirements, ensuring the highest quality results.

Option B: Your Local Printer

You are welcome to take the print-ready files to your preferred local printer.

Important Note: Please ensure your local printer adheres to the specifications provided in the file package (including bleed, color matching, and material weight) to maintain brand consistency and quality. The local printer is not permitted to make any design changes or additions to any of the provided brand elements. Any changes/edits can be requested to our head office creative team.
